Frequently asked questions
What selfies should I upload?
8–12 ordinary phone photos where you are alone in the frame and your face is clearly visible. The more variety the better — different days, clothes, backgrounds, light, angles and expressions; that is how the model learns YOU, not one situation. Avoid: screenshots and blurry or heavily compressed photos, group photos, sunglasses, a cap or a hand over the face, heavy filters and beautify edits, always the same outfit or background, old photos where you look different (different beard, haircut), and shots where the face is too small or in deep shadow. We grade each photo after upload and tell you whether it works.
How long until my photos are ready?
Usually in under an hour of uploading your selfies. As soon as your set is ready, you get an e-mail — no need to wait around.
What if I don't like the photos?
On a specific photo you describe what to change and the edit happens automatically from your description. If the set still isn't right, we'll sort it out and make it right. Refund terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens to my photos?
We delete your selfies and the generated data within 30 days of delivery. We never sell them or train anything else on them.
Will people be able to tell the photo is AI-made?
The photo carries a label in the file metadata, as EU rules require. It is not visible on the photo itself.
How much does a professional photo cost?
You pay once, no subscription — package prices are higher up on this page. That includes a full set of portraits in different settings and outfits plus edits from your description. A studio photographer costs many times more and takes days or weeks.
